With the recent news that Ricky Starks is set to compete in the 2022 AEW World Title Eliminator Tournament for a shot at the AEW World Championship at Winter is Coming, fans rejoiced with ‘Absolute’ one of the favourites to win the entire tournament.

It seems that Starks too is relishing this opportunity, saying the following about his title aspirations during a virtual signing with The Asylum Wrestling Store:

“That [All-Atlantic Title] is well within my reach as well. So is the AEW Championship, heavyweight championship and TNT. There is no reason why I can’t have all three,” said Starks.

Running solo is firmly on the agenda for Starks, who admitted he doesn’t want to return to tag wrestling for the foreseeable:

“Yeah, no tag team for me. Just gonna stay solo dolo. But you know, TNT [Title] is also another thing I wanna take on so, I’m trying to go for that as well,” said Starks.

Starks is set to face Lance Archer in the opening round of the tournament.
