While the YouTube series Hey! (EW) came to an end on December 7, this doesn't mean RJ City will be leaving All Elite Wrestling.
Fightful Select has reported that City is remaining with the company and his contract with AEW is not coming to an end. It was known for some time that Hey! (EW) would be ending, with the comedy sketch about Eddie Kingston's entrance mocking Triple H being filmed at WrestleDream back in October. As many interviews as possible were filmed between then and the time it took to finish editing the final episode of the YouTube show, with City sitting down with the likes of The Rizzler and the Von Erichs.
RJ City has been a part of All Elite Wrestling since 2023. In addition to Hey! (EW), City has been utilised on-screen as a pre-show host alongside the likes of Renee Paquette and Jeff Jarrett.
City is also involved with AEW creative, and Tony Khan noted he was his "right hand" on producing the year-long storyline between Toni Storm and Mariah May. It was also claimed in 2024 that City was heavily involved in Jon Moxley's creative.
