A new wrestler on NXT 2.0
Oct 21, 2021
WWE developmental talent Ru Feng made his TV debut on the October 19 edition of NXT 2.0.
Feng went one-on-one with Tony D'Angelo on Tuesday's show and he was promptly squashed by the gangster, with D'Angelo picking up the win in under two minutes. Samantha Irvin then interviewed D'Angelo after the match and questioned him on the disappearance of Lash Legend's producer, Mark, who Tony kidnapped last week. D'Angelo swore on his grandfather's grave that he didn't know anything about it before he slipped Irvin some money and told her to buy herself something nice and forget about it.
Real name, Feicheng Wang, Ru Feng is a Chinese-born developmental talent and was trained for the squared circle by Hartley Jackson and Japanese mixed martial artist Alexander Otsuka.
Feng signed with WWE in July and was part of the same Performance Center class as fellow international recruits Dante Chen and Jie Yin. Chen made his NXT 2.0 debut in September with a win over Trey Baxter in 59 seconds.
