Ruby Soho: Why AEW's Tony Khan Is The Best Boss

Ruby Soho has detailed her working relationship with All Elite Wrestling president Tony Khan, describing him as 'the best boss'.

Soho made her surprise AEW debut at All Out 2021 last month and has since featured regularly on AEW Dynamite and Rampage. The former Riott Squad member in WWE has spoken frequently with Khan and says his excitement is 'infectious'.

With his passion helping to drive the product, Soho wants to do the best she can for AEW.

Speaking to Inside The Ropes, Soho said: "It’s been amazing, it’s so great. Tony is the best boss, like he’s the best, honestly.

"His excitement and his passion for professional wrestling is infectious throughout the locker room. When he comes up to you and he is excited about something, you’re excited too. You haven’t even heard what he has to say, but you can feel how stoked he is about stuff.

"It’s amazing, it’s such a positive and inviting energy, and a productive one that makes you want to work hard, it makes you want to go that extra mile. Because your boss is so excited, you want to do well for him, your product, your peers, you want to do well overall, it’s a very encouraging environment."
