Saraya Confirms AEW Deal Expires This Year, Says Door Isn't Closed On WWE Return

Saraya has been absent from AEW programming since the October 8 episode of AEW Dynamite where she came up short in a number one contenders fatal four way that was won by Willow Nightingale, and in the meantime has been involved in some news headlines regarding the end of her relationship with Ronnie Radke. 

It was noted last year that AEW agreed a one year contract extension with Saraya, taking her deal to September 2025, and the former AEW Women’s World Champion has now officially confirmed that her current deal does indeed expire later this year in September. When asked about her AEW status in an interview with TMZ, and the potential of a new deal, Saraya remained open and didn’t close the door on a return to WWE.

"My contract is up with AEW in September, so I don't know. Maybe I'll stay with them, maybe not, I don't know… Yeah, I love WWE. I appreciate everybody there. They made me. They gave me my career and I'm appreciative of that. One day, who knows. I love my time in AEW."

Saraya would also  express an interest in working with TBS Champion Mercedes Moné, and claimed she’s ready to be back in the fold at any time.
