Seth Rollins' First WWE Universal Championship Challenger Potentially Revealed

Rollins slayed Brock Lesnar at WrestleMania 35...

Seth Rollins got WrestleMania 35 off to a wonderful start when he slayed The Beast Brock Lesnar to win the Universal Championship.

With an International Superstar Shake-Up happening on Raw and SmackDown Live next week, it feels a little premature to be talking up challengers for The Architect's newly-won title as we don't know what both rosters will be looking like this time next week.

However, the signs are out there that Drew McIntyre is the man who will be battling for the Universal Championship against Rollins as we head into the summer - which is a tad strange considering Drew was on this week's SmackDown Live...

The company's (card subject to change, admittedly) live events has the Scottish Psychopath scheduled to be taking on Seth - hinting that a televised programme between the pair is in the offing after a series of "getting to know you" untelevised bouts.

Dave Meltzer also commented on those advertised live event matches: “Seth’s program is going to end up being with Drew McIntyre, it looks like. There are advertisements out for matches with Seth and Drew so that’s what it looks like the program is going to be.”
