Seth Rollins Injury Update

The Architect is getting ready to face Brock Lesnar at WWE WrestleMania 35...

Seth Rollins won the men's Royal Rumble on January 27 and has only had one match since - a definitive victory over Dean Ambrose on Raw the very next night.

It has been reported here, there, and everywhere in recent times that Rollins is one of the WWE Superstars currently struggling with the injury demon that seemingly waits to rear its ugly head at this time of the year as WrestleMania season gets into full swing.

These reports of an injury have been confirmed in the latest Wrestling Observer Newsletter - although it appears WWE are taking sensible precautionary measures with one half of their Universal title match at 'Mania.

Here's what was penned in the latest WON: "His back has been hurting for some time. Leading into the Royal Rumble, he knew he needed to take time off after the show for it to heal. He could wrestle right now if needed, but it’s felt it’s better for him to rest and heal than to make it worse given his position at WrestleMania. The idea is they want him as close to 100 per cent as possible for WrestleMania."
