SmackDown Women's Title Match Added To WWE Night Of Champions

Rhea Ripley will defend her WWE SmackDown Women's Championship at Night of Champions.

Last night's Raw saw a match added to WWE Night of Champions, which takes place in Saudi Arabia this Saturday.

WWE SmackDown Women's Champion Rhea Ripley will defend her title against Natalya. Their current feud began several weeks ago when Natalya intervened to prevent Rhea from beating down Dana Brooke after a match.

Despite winning the SmackDown Women's Title from Charlotte Flair at WrestleMania 39, Ripley remains a Raw Superstar for now - while Natalya moved over from the blue brand in the recent WWE Draft. Similarly, current Raw Women's Champion Bianca Belair is now actually a SmackDown Superstar.

Rhea vs. Natalya is one of several title matches taking place at Night of Champions with the remainder of the card looking like this:

  • Seth Rollins vs. AJ Styles - World Heavyweight Championship
  • Sami Zayn & Kevin Owens (c) vs. Roman Reigns & Solo Sikoa - Undisputed WWE Tag Team Championships
  • Cody Rhodes vs. Brock Lesnar
  • Becky Lynch vs. Trish Stratus
  • GUNTHER (c) vs. Mustafa Ali - Intercontinental Championship
  • Bianca Belair (c) vs. Asuka - Raw Women's Championship
