NXT wrestlers were once again in TNA this week

The ongoing relationship between TNA & NXT is continuing, with multiple NXT names appearing at last night’s TNA tapings in San Antonio, Texas.

The aftermath of TNA Victory Road 2024 saw the fallout from the TNA Knockouts World Title match, where Jordynne Grace successfully defended her title against NXT’s Wendy Choo. Choo wasn’t yet done with Grace, teaming up with ally Rosemary to take on the duo of Jordynne Grace and Sol Ruca in tag team action. Grace & Ruca had previously wrestled on NXT with the TNA Knockouts World Title on the line, which ended in a no contest. The tag team match in TNA also went to a no contest too, as Tasha Steelz & Masha Slamovich both ran in and interfered in the bout.

Elsewhere at TNA’s iMPACT tapings, the NXT duo of Kendal Grey and Carlee Bright showed up to wrestle the new TNA Knockouts Tag Team Champions Spitfire (Dani Luna and Jody Threat). The champs stood tall in this match. Arianna Grace was one more at the tapings in her role as the liaison between TNA and NXT.
