SPOILER On Rhea Ripley's WWE Elimination Chamber Opponent

Rhea Ripley's Elimination Chamber opponent has been revealed

Following the events of Monday Night RAW this week, many fans will have been able to guess who Rhea Ripley will be defending her WWE Women’s World Championship against at the upcoming Elimination Chamber PLE event in Perth, Australia on February 24.

Ripley is WWE’s biggest Australian star, and with her front and centre on the poster for the Elimination Chamber event, it was clear that a title defence was on the cards for the show. The question was “who”, and that seems to have been answered. During a segment on RAW in which Rhea Ripley confronted the 2024 Women’s Royal Rumble winner Bayley, she was ambushed from behind by Nia Jax.

Even since her return to WWE in 2023, Jax has targeted Ripley and the WWE Women’s World Championship. After a dominant few months and a big victory over Becky Lynch, she has put herself firmly in contention for a title match. According to Dave Meltzer in the Wrestling Observer Newsletter, Ripley will in fact be defending her gold against Nia Jax at the Chamber show.

Of course this was forecasted on RAW, though there was a chance that it would instead play into WrestleMania or even an Elimination Chamber match with the belt on the line. This isn’t the case, and the plan is a singles encounter.
