Sting & Darby Allin To Team Together On November 8 AEW Dynamite
Sting & Darby Allin will be in tag team action this Wednesday
Sting’s retirement tour in AEW is kicking off this week, as The Icon will be competing in his first match since the announcement that he will be hanging up his boots at the upcoming AEW Revolution 2024 PPV event, three years after making his debut with the promotion.
In a post on X, Tony Khan announced that Sting & Darby Allin would be teaming up to take on The Outrunners on Wednesday’s November 8 episode of Dynamite.
“In his first match in Oregon since 1989 and likely his last ever Oregon match, Sting will team up with Darby to fight The Youngest Men Alive in Portland this WEDNESDAY!”
This will be Sting’s first match in two months, previously competing on the Grand Slam edition of Rampage back in September in a winning effort against TNT Champion Christian Cage & Luchasaurus. Their opponents, The Outrunners, have made more consistent AEW & ROH appearances in recent months, lasting competing against The Gunns on Collision a couple of weeks back on October 21.
