Sting To Miss AEW Double Or Nothing Fan Fest Due To Injury

Sting out with an injury

Sting is set to miss the upcoming AEW Double Or Nothing Fan Fest, All Elite Wrestling have announced.

Sting was originally available for a meet and greet but AEW tweeted that The Icon had not been cleared to travel because of injury and would be unable to appear at the Fan Fest on Saturday. Fans who purchased tickets will be contacted about a refund.

This comes after the WWE Hall Of Famer was attacked by The Undisputed Elite following Adam Cole and Jeff Hardy's match in the Owen Hart Foundation Men's Tournament. During the attack, Kyle O'Reilly Pillmanised Sting's leg with a chair.

If Sting is dealing with a legitimate injury is currently unknown.

Sting has been a part of All Elite Wrestling since December 2020 and he remains undefeated so far in his alliance with Darby Allin. The Franchise last performed on the March 23 episode of Dynamite when he, Darby, and The Hardys defeated Andrade Family Office's Private Party, The Butcher, and The Blade.
