Stipulation Quietly Added To Drew McIntyre-AJ Styles Match At WWE TLC

A update was made on WWE's website...

When AJ Styles defeated Keith Lee and Riddle in a tournament final to earn a WWE title bout with Drew McIntyre, there was no indication then that the championship match would have any sort of gimmick or stipulation. But given the theme of the TLC pay-per-view it's taking place at, it was a safe bet that one could be added.

And one has - rather quietly, too.

Though no formal announcement of the stipulation has been made on WWE television yet, the match write-up on WWE.com now lists McIntyre vs. Styles as being a TLC match (just like Roman Reigns and Kevin Owens' Universal title match). Up until recently, the match had just been listed as a standard one-on-one singles bout.

The updated card for WWE TLC, taking place Sunday night, December 20 at Tropicana Field in St. Petersburg, FL, is as follows:

* WWE World/Tables, Ladders, and Chairs match: Drew McIntyre (c) vs. AJ Styles

* WWE Universal/Tables, Ladders, and Chairs match: Roman Reigns (c) vs. Kevin Owens

* SmackDown Women's: Sasha Banks (c) vs. Carmella

* Women's Tag Team: Nia Jax and Shayna Baszler (c) vs. Asuka and Lana

* Randy Orton vs. The Fiend
