Tag Match Set For July 4 WWE Raw

Tag action set for American Independence Day

After stirring up tension on the June 27 edition of WWE Raw, WWE have confirmed that The Judgement Day will take on Rey and Dominik Mysterio on the July 4 edition of Raw.

The challenge was thrown down by Rey Mysterio on Raw, after The Judgement Day’s Finn Balor and Damian Priest antagonised the lucha legend, calling his abilities as a father into question, whilst seemingly encouraging Dominik to step out of his old man’s shadow and join them in The Judgement Day.

The Judgement Day could certainly welcome more members into the fold, as the group are down to just two with Edge recently overthrown and expelled from its ranks, whilst Rhea Ripley is currently out of action through injury.

Dominik Mysterio has teamed with his father on WWE TV since 2019, officially making his in-ring debut at SummerSlam 2020. The pair eventually reigned as WWE SmackDown Tag Team Champions in 2021, becoming the first ever father-son duo to hold tag championship gold in WWE.
