The Smackdown Tag Team Championships will be on the line when the blue brand returns on Friday.

WWE have confirmed that the Dirty Dawgs will be putting the Titles on the line against The Street Profits on the April 16 episode of Smackdown.

Dolph Ziggler and Robert Roode originally won the Championships from Angelo Dawkins and Montez Ford in January, with The Street Profits struggling to get a straight up rematch for the Titles since.

Ziggler and Roode did defend the gold last week on a special WrestleMania edition of Smackdown, when they put the Titles on the line against The Street Profits, Rey and Dominik Mysterio, and Chad Gable and Otis. The Dirty Dawgs, who had attacked Dawkins and Ford prior to the match, retained the belts when Roode pinned Gable.

WWE have also announced that representatives from the two other teams in last week's four-way will meet in singles competition, as Rey Mysterio takes on Otis.

There is also expected to be some fallout from the Universal Championship main event at WrestleMania 37, after Roman Reigns retained the Title against Edge and Daniel Bryan but stacked his opponents in a way that saw The Rated R Superstar also technically pin Bryan.
