Tegan Nox Returns To WWE On 12/2 WWE SmackDown

Making the save for Liv Morgan

Tegan Nox returned to WWE on Friday night's episode of SmackDown, aligning herself with Liv Morgan.

Morgan had confronted Bayley, Dakota Kai, and Iyo Sky of Damage CTRL, when Nox ran in to make things three on two. Morgan introduced a kendo stick as an equalizer, while Nox took out Kai with the Shiniest Wizard to end the confrontation.

Nox was released from WWE as part of a giant wave of cuts in November of 2021. She had been teaming with Shotzi on SmackDown, and was drafted separately to Raw in October, but never appeared for the red brand.

Fightful Select reported in late October that a deal was done to bring Nox back to WWE. She had not wrestled since her WWE release last year, and indicated that she had visa issues to deal with in the interim.

Nox originally signed with WWE back in April 2017, but ended up sidelined twice with serious knee injuries sustained during or around both the 2017 and 2018 Mae Young Classics. She competed in NXT regularly from 2019 to 2021, before getting called up to SmackDown along with Shotzi.
