The Godfather: The Undertaker Told Me He Was 'Finally Done' With Wrestling

The Undertaker retired at Survivor Series 2020

The Godfather believes The Undertaker will stick to his retirement and won't come back for any more matches in WWE, citing a phone call he had with his long-time friend.

The Undertaker confirmed his retirement at Survivor Series 2020, 30 years since his debut in WWE, having been on a part-time schedule with the promotion for a number of years.

The Deadman had previously tried to retire before, notably at WWE WrestleMania 33, but Godfather feels this time he truly means it, having phoned him to tell him he was 'finally done'.

Speaking on the It’s My Wrestling Podcast, he said: "He doesn’t need the money, he definitely don’t need it believe me. I don’t think you will [see him back].

"When he called me and told me, he says ‘Big Dog I’m done, he goes ‘I’m done now, I’m finally done.’ And he’s never called me and told me that, you know. He’s told me I’m trying to get out, Vince won’t let me go, keeps throwing big numbers at me to wrestle once a year, but I’m pretty sure he’s done.

"I think physically he’s done and mentally he’s done."
