Title Match Pulled From WWE Raw

A title match was pulled from WWE Raw this week

A title match was pulled from the October 2 edition of Monday Night Raw from the SAP Center in San Jose, California.

Becky Lynch was scheduled to defend the NXT Women's Championship against Tegan Nox on Raw but the match was postponed until next week's edition from the red brand. Fightful Select and F4WOnline reported the match was postponed as Becky Lynch was not medically cleared to compete on Raw.

Lynch defended the NXT Women's Title against Tiffany Stratton in an Extreme Rules Match at No Mercy on September 30 and Lynch suffered a laceration that required 11 stitches. The NXT Women's Champion did appear on Raw and on digital platforms with her arm in a sling in a backstage segment with Indi Hartwell. Lynch will appear on tonight's episode of NXT.

Tegan Nox was still in action on WWE Raw, picking up a quick victory over Chelsea Green. Nox also teased an alliance with Natalya on the show and they look set to challenge for the WWE Women's Tag Team Championships in the coming weeks.

Becky Lynch has been NXT Women's Champion for 21 days since she won the title from Tiffany Stratton.
