One day on from the No Surrender TNA+ special, TNA Wrestling taped future episodes of Thursday Night IMPACT on Saturday, February 14 in Nashville, Tennessee.

- Indi Hartwell def. Heather By Elegance
- In an 'earlier today' segment, Tom Hannifan was shown calming Steve Maclin down outside of the venue as Hannifan noted Maclin would be arrested if he entered the building. The TNA commentator offered to help Maclin and Maclin was willing to wait for Hannifan's call.
- Mike Santana came out for a promo and apologised for abandoning Leon Slater at No Surrender, before congratulating Slater on pinning Nic Nemeth. This led to an interruption by The Nemeths and they challenged Santana to a tag team match, but Daria Rae interrupted and said the match wouldn't be happening right now, but "maybe next week."
- Arianna Grace cut a promo about winning the Knockouts World Championship. The segment ended with Channing "Stacks" Lorenzo getting a rematch against Trey Miguel.
- Trey Miguel (c) def. Channing "Stacks" Lorenzo - TNA International Championship
- Jody Threat def. Tessa Blanchard by DQ
- Sinner & Saint def. BDE & Rich Swann
- Elayna Black had a back-and-forth promo segment with another former WWE NXT talent in Mara Sade.
- Elijah def. Mustafa Ali - Guitar Case Casket Match
- The Nemeths (Nic Nemeth & Ryan Nemeth) def. Leon Slater & Mike Santana - Nic Nemeth pinned Leon Slater after Eric Young distracted Mike Santana on the ramp.
- Dani Luna def. Lei Ying Lee
- AJ Francis def. Mance Warner by DQ
- Mickie James and Ash By Elegance began slapping each other during a promo segment. The rest of the Elegance Brand were then shown on the video screen talking to Mickie's son, which prompted her to run backstage straight into an ambush.
- Jada Stone def. Tasha Steelz - Stone was attacked by Order 4 post-match.
- Steve Maclin had a sit-down interview in the ring with Tom Hannifan which ended with Maclin attacking Hannifan. Mike Santana made the save for Hannifan and Maclin ended up leaving.
- The System def. The Righteous & The Hardys - Moose tried to lay out The System after the match but the numbers game soon took him down. The System then left but went back to the ring and a post-match brawl ended with The Righteous and The Hardys standing tall.
