TNT Title Street Fight Set For AEW Dynamite

The TNT Championship will be on the line on next week's episode of AEW Dynamite. 

Champion Scorpio Sky and Warlow went face-to-face in a backstage segment on the June 29 show from Detroit, Michigan, and following an interview conducted by Tony Schiavone, it was announced both men will face off in a Street Fight next week. 

Sky claimed that he is the TNT Champion for a reason. Wardlow, meanwhile, said he would win the gold regardless of any interference from American Top Team. 

Wardlow has pursued the TNT Title since he freed himself from MJF at the Double Or Nothing pay-per-view on May 29 and he has picked up wins over JD Drake and 20 plaintiffs while he has waited for a title shot. Wardlow also previously faced Sky for the TNT Title on the March 16 episode of Dynamite during the Men of the Year member's first reign with the gold. Sky managed to retain the belt on that occasion following interference from MJF. 

No other matches have been announced for next week's episode of Dynamite so far.
