After serving out a suspension for an altercation with Sammy Guevara, Eddie Kingston will be back in action at AEW All out as he is set to face NJPW’s Tomohiro Ishii on the Zero Hour pre-show.

The announcement was made by AEW President Tony Khan, who posted the following on Twitter:

“At #AEWAllOut, Zero Hour returns to @NOW_Arena live at 7pm ET/6pm CT/5pm MT/4pm PT FREE before the ALL OUT ppv feed on Sunday 8pm ET/7pm CT/6pm MT/5pm PT. In a huge rematch from @njpwglobal Capital Collision, THIS Sunday @AEW ALL OUT: #ZeroHour Tomohiro Ishii vs Eddie Kingston 2”

‘The Mad King’ and the ‘Stone Pitbull’ first fought at NJPW Capital Collision in May 2022, with Ishii getting the win. Kingston was originally set to face Sammy Guevara on the All Out PPV but these plans have been scrapped following a backstage confrontation between the two. There is no word as of writing as to what Guevara will be doing at All Out.

Interestingly, this will be the first AEW ‘Zero Hour’ pre-show since 2018, with all pre-shows since having gone under the ‘Buy In’ banner. Khan had used the ‘Zero Hour’ branding for the pre-shows before Ring of Honor Supercard of Honor 2022, and ROH Death Before Dishonor 2022.
