All Elite Wrestling's new Saturday night TV show, Collision, is set to debut on June 17 and rumours in recent months have suggested the launch of the show will lead to the introduction of a roster split of some sort within AEW that will see some talents primarily featured on Collision and others on Dynamite.

A brand split has not been made official by All Elite Wrestling but AEW CEO Tony Khan did address the rumours of a roster separation during the Double or Nothing media call.

"I haven't given a lengthy explanation yet for what I'm planning regarding the future of the roster and how people will be allocated across Dynamite and Collision and our other shows. It's a great question, certainly. I can see why wrestling fans all over the world would be interested and curious about that. That's frankly by design that we want to build that curiosity in and get people wondering exactly what you're asking, 'What's the future of the AEW roster, and what does this all mean going forward after Double or Nothing?' It's a really good question and something we'll be excited to follow up on," Khan said.

Reports so far have stated that CM Punk will be the star of AEW Collision upon his return on the June 17 show and headliners officially announced for the Saturday night show include Miro, Andrade El Idolo, Thunder Rosa, Samoa Joe, and Powerhouse Hobbs. The Elite and Blackpool Combat Club will reportedly be top talents on Dynamite, while other wrestlers will float between Dynamite and Collision.
