All Elite Wrestling had a mini-battle over ticket sales earlier this week.

AEW held tapings at the UBS Arena in Long Island, New York on Wednesday, December 8, filming Dynamite, Rampage and Dark: Elevation at the venue.

WWE had run the venue only nine days earlier for a taping of Monday Night Raw and AEW ultimately outsold Vince McMahon's selling 9,176 tickets to WWE's 5,887, according to WrestleTix.

AEW President Tony Khan addressed WWE running the venue one week before Dynamite with News 12.

"Is it possible that when I do talk about competing, I really am standing here minding my own business every single time, all these things you're talking about? I just came to run a show on Long Island and it's like hey, you know, they jump in the front of the line, run a show ahead of me, try to beat me in a market. Well, how did it work out?" Khan said.

AEW and WWE have been locked in competition since All Elite Wrestling was founded in January 2019. The two companies first went head-to-head in the Wednesday Night Wars, and AEW Rampage went head-to-head with Friday Night SmackDown for 30 minutes earlier this year.
