Tony Khan Provides Further Details On ROH's Future

More info on ROH's future from Tony Khan

Since Tony Khan announced he was the new owner of Ring Of Honor on March 2, details about the future of the promotion have been scarce beyond that ROH will continue to operate and the AEW President will be the booker.

Question marks had even been raised about ROH's return show, Supercard Of Honor, but Khan confirmed on Busted Open Radio on Friday that the show will go ahead as originally scheduled on Friday, April 1.

While discussing the event, Khan also revealed Ring Of Honor will continue to have a weekly TV show. He didn't mention how the show would air, though.

"I will relaunch what I hope to be a really great new Ring Of Honor television product, a weekly series, wherever it does air or stream," Khan said.

ROH's former owners Sinclair Broadcast Group previously aired Ring Of Honor Wrestling on their syndicated channels but if they will continue to broadcast professional wrestling has yet to be revealed following the sale.

Prior to Tony Khan's purchase, Ring Of Honor had been on hiatus since Final Battle in December of 2021 as they looked to reimagine the promotion. All ROH talent were released from their contracts at the end of 2021, also.
