Tony Khan Teases Big AEW Plans

He has "aces up the sleeve"...

Following this week's Dynamite, AEW President Tony Khan teased he has some aces up his sleeve for the coming weeks.

Khan tweeted: "Thank you everyone who watched #AEWDynamite last night! A shift in wrestling's balance of power has begun & the winners will be the wrestling fans. PAC's returned after 8 months & I have aces up the sleeve in the weeks ahead. You won't get them all at once but you'll get them all."

What surprises AEW has in store for its audience remains to be seen. Khan is determined to give Dynamite a "big push" as 2020 draws to a close and 2021 begins and he told PWInsider this was part of the reasoning behind his "balance of power" tweet.

AEW will kick off the December and January run with Jon Moxley vs. Kenny Omega for the world title. Many had expected the match to take place at Revolution on February 27, 2021, but Dave Meltzer reported that Khan wanted something "real big" to start the two-month stretch.
