Triple H Comments On Why WWE NXT Didn't Move To The ThunderDome
The move seemed like a no-brainer to some...

Back in August, production of Friday Night SmackDown and Monday Night Raw moved out of the WWE Performance Center to the Amway Center in Orlando, Florida. WWE rebranded the arena as the ThunderDome and all main roster programming will be broadcast from the venue until at least October 31.
There was speculation that NXT would also move to the ThunderDome but the black and gold brand has since taken up residency in the Performance Center and named it the Capitol Wrestling Center.
Triple H was recently asked by Justin Barrasso of Sports Illustrated why the third brand didn't follow Raw and SmackDown to the ThunderDome.
The Game said: "Since we have a permanent residence at the Amway Center, there was talk of NXT running there, but I was very resistant to that. Don't get me wrong, the spectacle of it is awesome. But one of my goals is to make sure NXT has its own feel and vibe. Now we're ready to make our splash, and when people see what we have created, people will understand why this is the best environment for us."
