Trish Stratus Will Be The Host Of WWE Money In The Bank 2024

Trish Stratus hasn’t been present on WWE programming since last September when she lost a Steel Cage match to rival Becky Lynch, before being on the receiving end of a beatdown by former ally Zoey Stark, writing her off WWE TV. The Hall Of Famer will be back later tonight at the Money In The Bank 2024 premium live event. 

As revealed by the Toronto Sun, Stratus will be the host of the Money In The Bank event, which takes place in her hometown of Toronto, Ontario, Canada. Stratus followed this up with a post on X, confirming her involvement in the show. At the Money In The Bank kickoff event, Stratus thanked Triple H for making the appearance happen. 

“I love you, I love you too. (Crown Chants ‘Thank You, Trish’) You’re welcome? Actually, you know who we should thank? Triple H. It was Triple H’s idea to bring me on board. Not that it’s a big stretch, it’s Toronto. Here we are, what’s up Toronto? My people…it is this passion, it is the passion of the fans why WWE was able to come here for not just one, not two, but three epic nights. 

Tonight, we’re gonna kick off this historic weekend with SmackDown, and then the trajectory of two superstars’ careers will change by winning the Money in the Bank Ladder Match. There’s one thing that I can guarantee. I can guarantee that tomorrow night, as your host, you will be Stratusfied. Also, a little end note. Can we represent? Toronto versus the world. Stratus will be at the Scotiabank Arena where she previously had what many believed to be her retirement match against Charlotte Flair in 2019.
