Two Matches Reportedly Set For WWE WrestleMania 35 Already
Naturally, these plans could change...
Jan 11, 2019
WrestleMania 35 takes place on Sunday, April 7, 2019, from MetLife Stadium in New Jersey and already there are allegedly two big matches set to take place on the Grandest Stage Of Them All (point at sign).
Dave Meltzer, in the latest
Wrestling Observer Newsletter, is reporting that Ronda Rousey, Becky Lynch and Charlotte Flair will go at it in a triple threat match.
The other reported match is a big surprise, as Lars Sullivan looks set to take on John Cena - a match that will surely see The Freak gain what could be the biggest win of his career... however, Meltzer has been told that thinking this "would be premature and that while the match was on the books, there has been no discussion this far in advance regarding the finish."
It's also interesting to note that Lars was set to have a match before this week's Raw on Main Event - the same show that saw Lacey Evans and EC3 perform. However, according to Meltzer: "He (Sullivan) either didn’t show up at the arena, or did and left the building, believed to be due to an anxiety attack."
We hope Lars is ok, and please remember, the card is always subject to change...
