Tyson Fury Still Open To WWE Return

Tyson Fury sees opportunity in WWE

Could Tyson Fury be set for a WWE return in the future?

Speaking with Sports Illustrated ahead of his boxing match with Francis Ngannou, Fury admitted he couldn't do boxing forever and he sees "a lot of opportunity" in WWE.

"I've been doing this for 15 years, which is a long time. I know it won't last forever. And it's true, I've had a few good stints in WWE. There is still a lot of opportunity there. It's an amazing experience there. At the moment, I'm very busy with boxing. I'm still active and on top of my chosen profession, so this is where my focus will be. After that, we'll see," Fury said.

Fury has been linked with WWE since 2019, a year which saw him defeat Braun Strowman by count-out at the Crown Jewel pay-per-view in Saudi Arabia. Fury then appeared at Clash at the Castle in September 2022 where he knocked out Austin Theory during the main event. Fury sang 'American Pie' and 'Don't Look Back in Anger' with Drew McIntyre to end the show.
