Umaga's Son Set To Make Pro Wrestling Debut

Booker T's Reality of Wrestling will play host to the debut of Zilla Fatu, son of WWE legend Umaga. 

ROW's Summer of Champions IX event is set to take place on Saturday, July 15 at the Humble Civic Center in Humble, Texas. 

It was reported in December last year that Zilla had begun training at the Reality of Wrestling school. In a January 2023 interview with Muscle Man Malcolm, he spoke about Booker T's friendship with his late father - something which made his choice of the Reality of Wrestling school a natural one. He also spoke about wanting to stay on a good path in life, having recently done time in jail and currently being on parole. 

On deciding to take up pro wrestling, Zilla revealed that Umaga hadn't wanted his children to get into the business, and admitted it was difficult to go against his father's wishes.

Zilla is not the only noteworthy name announced for the event, which will also see appearances from WWE NXT talent Trick Williams, MLW National Openweight Champion Jacob Fatu, and former WWE Superstar Alicia Fox.
