Update On John Cena & The Undertaker's WWE WrestleMania 35 Status

Will they be inside MetLife Stadium next weekend?

At the moment neither John Cena or The Undertaker are scheduled to be on WWE WrestleMania 35.

Even though the entire WWE Universe appears to believe Cena will actually be the one to face Kurt Angle in the Olympic gold medalist's retirement match instead of Baron Corbin, and despite the fact Cena will be in New York doing a book signing during 'Mania weekend, it still doesn't look like WWE have him in their plans.

As for 'Taker, rumours persist that despite taking appearance bookings outside of WWE, he will be back wrestling for the company on the Saudi Arabia show in May. For now, he doesn't appear to be in Vince McMahon's 'Mania plans either.

Brad Shepard and Jon Fisher from the ‘Oh, You Didn’t Know’ Podcast discussed the potential of Cena and The Deadman turning up on the Grandest Stage Of Them All: “WWE is now operating as if The Undertaker will not be at WrestleMania, which is a big surprise to people internally.

"They did expect he would probably at least appear, they would work it out. But it doesn’t look like that’s going to happen now. At least as of right now, they’re operating as if he won’t be there.”

As for Cena: “WWE are considering having John Cena interrupt Elias’ performance at WrestleMania.”
