Update On Planned Matches For WWE WrestleMania 37 Reportedly Emerge

A number of title matches are yet to be officially confirmed

With less than three weeks until WWE WrestleMania 37, there are still a number of matches to be confirmed for the two-night card.

While bouts for the WWE Championship, the Universal Championship (which seems set to change), and the Raw Tag Team Championship have been announced, as well as both the Raw and Smackdown Women's titles, a number of title-holders are yet to find out their challengers.

Dave Meltzer of The Wrestling Observer had offered an update on some of the planned matches that will be taking place at 'The Showcase Of The Immortals' over Saturday 10 and Sunday 11 April, including another bout between Big E and Apollo Crews for the Intercontinental Championship.

Furthermore, as teased on Raw this past week, Riddle will be defending the United States Championship against Sheamus.

It is expected that Dolph Ziggler and Robert Roode will put their Smackdown Tag Team Titles on the line against The Street Profits, although Meltzer adds there is a possibility of WWE adding Chad Gable and Otis, and Rey and Dominik Mysterio into the mix, while a multi-team match for the Women's Tag Team Championships is also expected.

Away from the respective title pictures, Seth Rollins and Cesaro will meet in singles competition after teasing a match in the past few weeks, while Sami Zayn and Kevin Owens are anticipated to clash once again.

There is also note of both a men's Battle Royal and a women's Battle Royal.
