Update On WWE's Upcoming RAW & SmackDown Taping Schedule

RAW & SmackDown will be hosting double tapings

WWE’s upcoming TV schedule is undergoing a change from the norm over the next few weeks, as both Monday Night RAW and Friday Night SmackDown will be hosting double tapings.

Per PWInsider, there will be no episode of Monday Night RAW taped in two weeks time on October 14, with WWE set to host two back to back episodes on October 7 in St. Louis, Missouri at the Enterprise Center. RAW is set to return to two hours for the first time since all the way back in 2012 for the October 7 episode, so fans in attendance won’t be needing to sit through six hours worth of tapings.

Additionally, the October 25 episode of SmackDown in Brooklyn, New York at the Barclays Center will also have two episodes taped. This is due to there being no live episode of SmackDown the following week as WWE travels to Saudi Arabia for the 2024 Crown Jewel premium live event. Instead of the usual formula of SmackDown being held abroad for an international event, it will be RAW being hosted in Saudi Arabia on November 3.
