Updated NJPW G1 Climax 31 Standings After Day 8

Okada and Cobb remain undefeated

New Japan Pro-Wrestling headed to the Hamamatsu Arena today for the fourth round of B Block matches as G1 Climax 31 continued.

Both Jeff Cobb and Kazuchika Okada remained undefeated following today's matches as they picked up wins over Tama Tonga and Hirooki Goto respectively. YOSHI-HASHI also won his first G1 Climax 31 match, defeating Taichi.

In the main event, Hiroshi Tanahashi continued to climb the rankings as he defeated SANADA.

G1 Climax 31 will continue on Sunday, October 3 with another round of A Block matches. In major matches, Zack Sabre Jr. will face Tomohiro Ishii, KENTA will go one on one with Great-O-Khan, and Shingo Takagi will face off against Kota Ibushi.
