Viking Raiders Return To WWE On Monday Night Raw

Finally, another tag team

More than seven months after their last match together, Erik and Ivar of The Viking Raiders returned to the ring as a duo on Monday's post-WrestleMania edition of WWE Raw.

In their comeback match, the two defeated former Hurt Business members Shelton Benjamin and Cedric Alexander, pinning Alexander after hitting their Viking Experience finish.

The two men last teamed together on September 7, in an eight man tag (coincidentally, against the entire Hurt Business, with Benjamin and Alexander present). Ivar sustained a cervical injury during the course of the match off of a suicide dive, and underwent surgery on his neck later that month.

Erik, meanwhile, remained active into November before disappearing from action. He re-emerged as part of the Andre the Giant Memorial Battle Royal that aired on SmackDown the night before WrestleMania.

Since signing with WWE in early 2018, The Viking Raiders have held both the NXT and Raw Tag Team championships. Prior to then, the two held the IWGP Tag Team championship on two occasions, and the ROH Tag Team titles once.
