Why Dexter Lumis Has Been Attacking The Miz On WWE Raw Revealed

Since his WWE return in the summer, Dexter Lumis has spent much of his time on WWE TV terrorising The Miz, repeatedly attacking him backstage and during matches, including on Monday's Halloween edition of Raw. 

Not everything is as it seems, though, and Johnny Gargano revealed why Lumis has been attacking The Miz in a tell-all interview on Raw. According to Gargano, his NXT family fell apart after Lumis lost his job in April of 2022 and The Miz took advantage of that situation, paying Lumis to stage a series of attacks on WWE TV. 

Gargano played a recording of a conversation between Miz and Lumis to support his accusation before he claimed that The Miz staged the attacks for attention as it helps to have a celebrity stalker. Johnny Wrestling believes the arrangement between Miz and Lumis has since turned sour, though, and The Tortured Artist is now attacking the former WWE Champion to ensure he is paid what he is owed. 

The Miz and Lumis were scheduled to clash on a recent episode of Monday Night Raw but The A-Lister attacked his opponent from behind with a steel chair.
