AEW boss Tony Khan is said to have been "thrilled" with the recent 'November Rain' video package, according to Dave Meltzer of Wrestling Observer Radio.

On last weekend's edition of Collision, AEW used the Guns 'N' Roses track to hype the upcoming Full Gear pay-per-view in an extended video package. Meltzer explained:

"I know that Tony was somewhat thrilled about it. Growing up an ECW fan, you know what I mean? It's his nostalgia. I don't know if it's the same video, but I know he's going to be airing it on Wednesday night as well, and also air it on the pay-per-view. So I don't know if it's the same video on all three shows, but he's definitely going to do a video to November Rain on Wednesday and on Saturday."

ECW would often use November Rain in the build to their annual November to Remember events.

Currently, the matches confirmed for AEW Full Gear on November 23 are:

  • Jon Moxley (c) vs. Orange Cassidy - AEW World Championship
  • Swerve Strickland vs. Bobby Lashley
  • Will Ospreay vs. Kyle Fletcher
  • Jay White vs. 'Hangman' Adam Page
  • Mercedes Mone (c) vs. Kris Statlander - TBS Championship
  • Jack Perry (c) vs. Daniel Garcia - TNT Championship
  • MJF vs. Roderick Strong
  • Private Party (c) vs. House of Black vs. The Acclaimed vs. The Outrunners - AEW World Tag Team Championships

The kickoff show also has one match currently announced, with social media star Big Boom AJ taking on QT Marshall.
