Will Ospreay Claims Kenny Omega Sent Cease & Desist Over New T-Shirt
Will Ospreay and Kenny Omega’s rivalry has become legally binding
The ongoing spat between Will Ospreay and Kenny Omega has a new chapter, after Ospreay released a t-shirt mocking Omega.
The double sided tee had an image of Ospreay delivering Omega’s One Winged Angel finisher on the front under the phrase ‘Billy the w****r’, with the back of the tee reading ‘Better Than The "Best" Bout Machine’. The tee was listed on ProWrestlingTees, but was soon pulled due to a cease and desist order, with Omega revealing on Twitter that it triggered ‘various legal concerns in AEW’.
Ospreay, as you’d imagine, fired back on social media, claiming that Omega himself filed the cease and desist:
"I have just exposed Kenny as an insecure little b****. It was fine when those guys were throwing up the Too Sweet and got hit with a cease & desist. They continued to poke the bear. When it is me doing it to you guys, you have a problem with it. It's because Kenny is a miserable little p****. He takes it out on me because I'm actually having fun with my life. I'm doing the things he's done, plus more," said Ospreay.
"You're also p***** off because the vision you had for AEW has now turned into something you don't like and people are starting to get NXT vibes about the joint or maybe it's because the Joshi girls are not getting TV time, but the 205 Live guys are. Now the shoe is on the other foot. You've turned into the big boys, trying to look down on the little guys. I'm going to keep poking the f****** bear. I've just exposed Kenny Omega as everything I've been saying he is; a little f****** c***. Have a good day Ken you f****** p****,” continued Ospreay.
