Women's World Title Match Official For ROH Supercard Of Honor

We are mere hours away from Ring of Honor’s first PPV event of 2023, with Supercard of Honor set for March 31 at LA's Galen Center.

Heading into Supercard XVI, ROH Women’s World Champion Athena has been mowing through opponents across ROH and AEW, but had her gaze firmly fixed on Yuka Sakazaki, challenging the ‘Magical Girl’ on the March 16 edition of ROH TV on Honor Club.

On the go-home edition of ROH TV on March 30, Athena was successfully defended her title against Emi Sakura and post-match laid out Sakura with a vicious assault, with Sakazaki running out to make the save and seemingly accepting Athena’s challenge. ROH later confirmed that the match will take place on the PPV.
