WWE Announces TLC: Tables, Ladders & Chairs

The final pay-per-view of the year...

WWE announced during Survivor Series they will return to pay-per-view on December 20 for TLC: Tables, Ladders & Chairs. It will be the first major WWE event to be broadcast from Tropicana Field in St. Petersburg, Florida, the new home of the WWE ThunderDome. The company will begin its residency at the home of the Tampa Bay Rays on December 11.

This will be the 12th TLC pay-per-view. Last year's edition featured a widely praised match between Aleister Black and Buddy Murphy and was main evented by The Kabuki Warriors vs. Becky Lynch & Charlotte Flair in a Tables, Ladders & Chairs Match for the Women's Tag Team Championship.

TLC will round out a busy month for WWE. The company previously announced NXT TakeOver: WarGames will take place on December 6. The event will be headlined by The Undisputed ERA vs. Pat McAfee, Pete Dunne, Danny Burch & Oney Lorcan inside the structure. Team Shotzi Blackheart vs. Team Candice LeRae in a WarGames Match has also been added to the show.
