According to Bryan Alvarez on Wrestling Observer Live, Odyssey Jones has been fired by WWE.

"There has not been a press release or anything like that. But I've been told Odyssey Jones is fired. There are rumours online, also from Fightful, that it was a domestic violence allegation. Apparently no arrests at this point but I was told fired. So, that's it for Odyssey Jones," Alvarez said.

It was reported earlier today that WWE pulled Odyssey Jones from the company's programming following allegations of domestic violence. This came after Jones disappeared from the WWE roster page on Monday and he was not backstage at Raw, nor mentioned during a backstage segment involving Kofi Kingston and Xavier Woods of the New Day.

Jones' alleged firing comes only one month after his main roster debut. He was instantly on the receiving end of a push, aligning with the New Day for their programme with Final Testament. He received a big introduction, single-handedly taking out the Authors of Pain on the August 5 edition of Raw, before Jones was endorsed by WWE Chief Content Officer Triple H as a talent with a big future. Jones hasn't wrestled for WWE since August 19, however.

Real name Omari Palmer, Odyssey Jones joined WWE in 2019. He debuted in NXT in the Summer of 2021 and was called up to the main roster in April 2023.
