Multiple WWE Superstars suffered cuts and bruises during NXT TakeOver: WarGames. Johnny Gargano required stitches following his Triple Threat Match against Damian Priest and Leon Ruff, as did Timothy Thatcher who had a nasty gash on his ear. Candice LeRae also suffered a broken arm following a ladder spot with Shotzi Blackheart during the women's WarGames match.

During the post-TakeOver media call, Triple H mentioned Bobby Fish "got a little bit of a laceration on his elbow" during the men's WarGames match.

Fish gave an update on his condition on this week's episode of NXT and revealed he underwent surgery to reattach his triceps.

Dave Meltzer reported in the Wrestling Observer Newsletter that the two-time NXT Tag Team Champion suffered the injury in a freak accident inside the structure. A piece of the cage reportedly pierced his elbow and severed the triceps from the bone.

While triceps surgery can keep Superstars out of action for at least six months, Meltzer noted Fish is expected to be back in action in approximately eight weeks.
