WWE Raw Results - October 11, 2021

Short matches here, there and everywhere

WWE headed to the Chase Center in San Francisco, California for the October 11 edition of Monday Night Raw as the company continued to build to Crown Jewel.

Crown Jewel opponents Big E and Drew McIntyre opened the show for their advertised face-to-face segment. After Big E mentioned the WWE Title's sweet nectar betwixt his nipples, McIntyre promised to run through the WWE Champion on October 21 to win the gold. The pay-per-view opponents were then attacked by The Usos to set up a main event tag team match.

In the main event, Big E and McIntyre initially worked together effectively until they eventually couldn't get along. Tension within the team built after McIntyre set up for the Claymore, only for Big E to tag himself in. The WWE Champion then looked to have the match won following an STO but The Scottish Warrior dragged him out of the ring and the two men brawled on the outside while the official counted Big E out.

The Usos decided to get involved in the brawl after the bell and McIntyre eventually ended Raw standing tall following a Claymore to Big E.

WWE also continued to build towards the SmackDown Women's Title Triple Threat at Crown Jewel as Becky Lynch teamed with Charlotte Flair against Bianca Belair and Sasha Banks. To the surprise of absolutely nobody, though, all four women failed to get along and they just consistently attacked each other before a brief semblance of order was restored by Adam Pearce and Sonya Deville.

After another five minutes, though, the match was thrown out again as no one could get along and the referee had enough after Belair attacked Banks. Lynch then ended the segment standing tall after taking out Banks, Belair and Flair.

WWE's latest King Of The Ring Tournament continued elsewhere on Raw and Xavier Woods defeated Ricochet in 10 minutes on his path to achieving his dream. WWE then briefly teased a New Day clash in the semi-final as Kofi Kingston faced Jinder Mahal in the second quarter-final on the show. It wasn't to be, however, as Mahal pinned Kingston with a Khallas following a distraction as Woods brawled with Veer and Shanky on the outside.

Mansoor and Mustafa Ali's tag team also came to an end on Raw. The team had been losing more and more in recent weeks and they were defeated in 80 seconds by Shelton Benjamin and Cedric Alexander. Ali pushed Mansoor to the mat after the match and the former SmackDown Hacker attacked his tag team partner later in the show to end their team once and for all. They will face off next week in Saudi Arabia.

In more build to Crown Jewel, Bobby Lashley cut a promo and called Goldberg a dog that needed putting down, which he promised to do in Saudi Arabia.

Raw was filled with short matches for the remainder of the episode. Shayna Baszler defeated Dana Brooke to advance in the Queen's Crown Tournament, while Doudrop vanquished Natalya to also earn a spot in the semi-finals. Austin Theory scored a win over Jeff Hardy despite being initially distracted by a 24/7 Title chase and Omos pinned Riddle in under three minutes before Randy Orton RKO'd AJ Styles after the match.
