WWE’s premium live event, Survivor Series: War Games 2024 is just a week away, taking place on November 30, and the go-home episode of Friday Night SmackDown for November 29 has already been taped. Following last night’s live episode at the Delta Center in Salt Lake City, Utah, WWE taped next week’s show too - something which has been commonplace in recent months for both RAW and SmackDown. Last night’s show saw developments in the Women’s United States Championship tournament and the return of CM Punk as the final member of OG Bloodline at Survivor Series.

- Michin defeated Piper Niven & Lash Legend - WWE Women’s United States Championship Tournament. Lash Legend stepped in as a last minute replacement for Jade Cargill, who was shown laid out and injured on top of a car on this week’s episode of SmackDown. During the match, Chelsea Green attempted to aid her tag team partner Piper Niven, but B-Fab emerged to make the save for Michin, allowing her to pick up the victory.
- Shinsuke Nakamura defeated Andrade. Following the match, United States Champion LA Knight sought revenge on two weeks worth of attacks from Nakamura, but The King Of Strong Style was ready, and sprayed Knight with black mist, scoring the upper hand once again.
- Rhea Ripley, Bianca Belair, Iyo Sky and Naomi emerged to hype up War Games, revealing that Jade Cargill was ruled out of the match, and stepping in as her replacement would be… Bayley. The heel unit of Liv Morgan, Raquel Rodriguez, Nia Jax, Tiffany Stratton and Candice LeRae emerged for a big brawl.
- Jacob Fatu defeated Jey Uso - Men’s War Games Advantage.
