WWE To Tape SmackDown In London Ahead Of Money In The Bank

WWE are set to tape an episode of Friday Night SmackDown in the United Kingdom for the first time since the COVID-19 pandemic.

WWE announced today that the go-home edition of Friday Night SmackDown before Money in the Bank will air live from The O2 in London, England on Friday, June 30. The show will begin at 8 pm BST. 

SmackDown will take place ahead of the Money in the Bank pay-per-view/premium live event that will air from The O2 on Saturday, July 1. Money in the Bank will be the first WWE pay-per-view in London for over two decades. 

A presale for combo tickets will begin on Wednesday, February 22 at 12 pm GMT. Fans can register for an exclusive presale offer here. Combo tickets will go on general sale on Friday, February 24 at 12 pm GMT.

WWE's return to the United Kingdom comes after the success of Clash at the Castle in September 2022. The premium live event from Cardiff, Wales was one of the highest-grossing events in WWE history.
