WWE Chief Content Officer Paul "Triple H" Levesque appeared alongside Turning Point Action activists in New Hampshire on polling day for the United States midterm elections on November 4.

Taking to X/Twitter, Turning Point Action's Chase the Vote Director for New Hampshire Lisa Mazur revealed that Triple H and former WWE 24/7 Champion Rob Gronkowski attended a polling station in Goffstown, New Hampshire, to "help get out the vote." Triple H took photos with the Turning Point Action activists while at the polling station.

"Look who showed up at one of the Goffstown polling stations to help get out the vote!! GRONK & TRIPLE H!! So blessed they hung out with us for a while… this is a day for memory books!!" Mazur tweeted.

South Coast Spotlight on Facebook also shared a photo of Triple H outside of a polling station in his hometown of Nashua, New Hampshire.

Turning Point Action is the grassroots political arm of Turning Point USA, the conservative advocacy organisation founded by Charlie Kirk that is currently run by his widow, Erika Kirk. The organisation devoted significant resources to New Hampshire in the hopes of getting Republicans elected in the state in the US midterms, with Turning Point Action COO Tyler Bower telling CNN in July, "We're putting the biggest ground force that’s ever been put on the ground in New Hampshire for Republicans. We’ve already got dozens and dozens of full-time people on the ground there, so that’s huge. New Hampshire turnout-wise is like the size of a medium-sized to large-sized city. So, I like our chances."

Triple H and Rob Gronkowski weren't the only celebrities to appear alongside Turning Point Action, however. The organisation brought in several celebrities to pop up at polling stations across the Granite State on Tuesday, including Mike Tyson, Floyd Mayweather, and Danny Amendola, with New Hampshire residents receiving what they initially believed to be spam texts promoting the celebrity appearances.

Turning Point Action's activities don't appear to have helped Republicans in New Hampshire, however. The Associated Press has called the New Hampshire Senate race for Democrat Chris Pappas and the Democratic Party won both New Hampshire seats in the House of Representatives. GOP incumbent Kelly Ayotte was re-elected governor of New Hampshire, though.

While WWE have largely avoided utilising politics on the company's televised programming in recent years, Triple H has been noticeably close to the Donald Trump administration since the WWE's Hall of Famer's 2024 presidential election victory. Paul Levesque is currently the vice-chair of the President’s Council on Sports, Fitness, and Nutrition and he has appeared at the White House alongside Trump for executive order signings, which included him performing his signature water spit at the home of the US president in July 2025.

Triple H's mother-in-law, Linda McMahon, is also the current United States secretary of education. Levesque sat behind McMahon during her Senate confirmation hearing.
