After initially looking to pursue a career in bodybuilding, John Felix Anthony Cena switched to pro wrestling in 1999, making his debut a couple of years later and being signed by WWE soon after.

Cena went on to become one of WWE's biggest-ever stars and the former world champion, now in his late forties, will wrap up his professional wrestling career on December 13, 2025 at WWE Saturday Night's Main Event.
