Adam Page's AEW Return Date Revealed
Adam Page looks to be making his AEW return TONIGHT!
“Hangman” Adam Page hasn’t wrestled in a match in AEW for two months following an attack by the Blackpool Combat Club, which ruled him off of TV. Although he hasn’t yet made a comeback on television, AEW has announced the date for his first match since March.
AEW tweeted out that at their House Rules live event in Salem, Virginia tonight that he would be returning to the ring to face Big Bill in a first time ever encounter. The tweet did note that Page had agreed to the match prior to getting injured, adding doubt into whether or not he would even show up to compete. Page seemed to respond to this match announcement on his Instagram story, which featured his wrestling boots, implying his readiness.
The match card for Saturday’s House Rules event on May 13 is as follows;
- Adam Page vs. Big Bill
- Darby Allin & Orange Cassidy vs. QTV (QT Marshall & Powerhouse Hobbs)
- Toni Storm vs. Skye Blue
- Wardlow (c) vs. Lee Moriarty - TNT Championship
