Report: Update On When To Expect Giulia In NXT
Giulia won't be at Heatwave, but when will she be at NXT?
For those looking forward to seeing the arrival and debut of Giulia in NXT at this Sunday’s Heatwave event in Toronto, Ontario, Canada, don’t get your hopes up. Despite her arrival in NXT being impending, a report from Fightful Select has noted that she will not be at Sunday’s show.
This is due to Giulia being on the road with Rossy Ogawa’s Marigold promotion, making her unable to be in attendance for Heatwave. She isn’t cleared for action yet according to the report, but the hope is that she will be cleared for Marigold Summer Destiny next weekend to face Sareee. According to previous reports, Giulia was originally slated to face Roxanne Perez for the NXT Women’s Championship at NXT Heatwave, before a wrist injury derailed those plans.
When it comes to Giulia’s arrival in NXT, sources revealed to Fightful that she is expected to feature at whenever NXT’s next premium live event may be, with SummerSlam weekend being a possibility. WWE want Giulia on NXT programming at the earliest possible opportunity, and their creative is open for how she is eventually to make her debut.
