AEW All Out 2020 Results

A night of botches, bobbles and broken friendships...

All Elite Wrestling held it's third pay-per-view of the year earlier today as All Out 2020 was broadcast live from Daily's Place in Jacksonville, Florida.

While the show featured multiple memorable moments, the show will likely be remembered for a horrific injury to Matt Hardy during his match with Sammy Guevara. After both men went crashing through a table, The Broken One's head smashed off the concrete floor, knocking him unconscious. Aubrey Edwards quickly threw up the X but AEW's doctors shockingly allowed Hardy to finish the match and he and Guevara rushed through to the finish. Matt has since been taken to a local hospital.

A scary moment almost happened earlier in the show as Matt Sydal debuted in AEW during the Casino Battle Royale and immediately botched a Shooting Star Press. The two incidents combined with the hideous humidity in Jacksonville caused some fans to lament that All Out was cursed.

The wrestlers soldiered on, however, and the AEW landscape received a big shake-up as "Hangman" Adam Page and Kenny Omega's tag team title reign came to an end at the hands of FTR. The Cleaner then walked out on his partner and he immediately left the arena after he told The Young Bucks it was time for a clean break. Orange Cassidy also firmly established himself as an AEW star after he picked up a pay-per-view victory over Chris Jericho in their Mimosa Mayhem match.

In the main event, a bobble proved to be the decisive factor. MJF and Jon Moxley battled back and forth throughout the contest and The Maestro Of Mayhem was struggling to put the challenger away without the Paradigm Shift. This changed when Wardlow distracted Bryce Remsburg and tossed the Dynamite Diamond Ring to Friedman. While their chemistry is usually excellent, MJF bobbled the ring, and with the official distracted, Moxley saw his opportunity and connected with the Paradigm Shift to win the match.

Elsewhere on the show, Big Swole defeated Britt Baker in the Tooth And Nail Match, Lance Archer emerged victorious from the Casino Battle Royale, Hikaru Shida retained the AEW Women's World Championship against Thunder Rosa, The Young Bucks used their new focus to overcome Jurassic Express, and The Natural Nightmares, Matt Cardona and Scorpio Sky exacted some revenge on Cody's behalf against The Dark Order.
